On June 1st and 2nd, 2006, Mr.Li San Yim, Chairman of the board of China Infrastructure Machinery Holdings Limited (“CIMH”), attended the 3rd annual China Investment Forum at the Metropolitan Club in New York City. The forum, jointly organized by Merrill Lynch, Institutional Investor and Bank of China, was attended by more than 20 China's leading listed companies and over 200 business leaders, investors, bankers, scholars and lawyers.

During the two-day forum, Mr.Li had one-on-one meetings with many institutional investors and bankers. The rapid growth in recent years and good financial results after IPO make CIMH more and more attractive to investors.
